Service Description
The Job Photo Co. provides AI-powered marketing kit generation for trade businesses. Customers submit job photos and receive marketing materials including ads, social posts, hero images, and branded videos.
Subscription & Billing
Services are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Prorated refunds are available if cancelled mid-cycle.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all photos you submit and your business information. Marketing kit content generated by The Job Photo Co. is licensed for your use in promoting your business. You may not resell or redistribute generated content without prior written consent.
Social Media Posting
For Pro and Elite plans, you authorize us to post to your social media accounts on your behalf. You may revoke this permission at any time by contacting us. We are not responsible for platform-specific policies, account restrictions, or changes to third-party services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit photos or information that:
Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
Contains offensive, harmful, or misleading content
Misrepresents your business or services
Limitation of Liability
The Job Photo Co. is not responsible for social media platform policies, account restrictions, or changes to third-party services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the current billing period.
Service Availability
We aim to deliver your marketing kit within 15 minutes of receiving your photo. While we strive to maintain consistent delivery times, we do not guarantee specific turnaround times and are not liable for delays caused by technical issues or high demand.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
